From your very first downward dog, you likely felt it—yoga, changing your life from the inside out. What may have started off as a quest for greater health, fitness and well-being quickly began to heal unexpected parts of your life—relationships, work and family. Have you ever wondered how and why this happens? Have you ever wanted to take a deeper dive into the rich philosophy of yoga?

Hosted by yoga teacher and author Darren Main, this ongoing, weekly discussion group, will explore the timeless principles of yoga in a decidedly fresh and modern way. Each week we will blend ancient wisdom with modern spiritual psychology to take your practice to a whole new level.

Join us weekly or simply drop in whenever you can. This is a donation-based group. Please contribute if you can or pay it forward if money is not flowing in your life at the moment.t

Within each being exists the voice of wisdom: a quiet and unassuming voice that longs to guide us out of darkness, to lift the veil of ignorance and shepherd the seeker to higher ground… Only by quieting the mind can this voice be heard. But when you take the time to listen—really listen—this voice is as evident as the warm sun on your face.
