The benefits of seated meditation for the body are well documented, but a lesser-known benefit of mindfulness practice is the effect on psychological wellness.
In this workshop with meditation teacher and author Darren Main we will explore the effects of meditation on the mind and psyche. By understanding the ways in which meditation can bring balance and equanimity to the deepest levels of consciousness, we can become deeply grounded, less reactive and more emotionally balanced in our relationships and in our daily lives.
