For thousands of years yogis have known that the breath is the key to mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. Often emotionally and mentally cleansing, this class offers the opportunity to focus fully on the fourth limb of yoga—pranayama. By using basic breathing techniques, gentle holds and meditation, student are able to release long-held tension in the somatic nervous system and the energy body. Students at every level of practice are welcome and encouraged to attend.
