I have posted some of my most popular lectures, which you can download. This provides a great way for you to learn more about spirituality and Eastern philosophy right from your iPod. Inquire Within is my popular Podcast. In this “radio” talk show I interview some of the leading voices in modern spirituality, holistic healing and progressive politics. My home practice series is a great way to augment your yoga and meditation practice. Audio yoga classes and guided meditation practices are offered through the iTunes store. Use them to practice at home, in your hotel room or just about anywhere you can listen to an iPod or CD.
